Covid: "But I NOTICE More Sickness This Year!"
Updated: Mar 23, 2021
Note: For the complete "Table of Contents" of objections to the pandemic being a psyop (psychological operation) following the shock-doctrine playbook, and a full explanation of how and why it was deployed, and what its architects are seeking from it, and how to defeat them, visit our main page on covid.
Objection #4:
"How can Covid be a hoax, if I directly observe
an increase in sickness over the past year?"
"The hospitals are overwhelmed.
There are more sick people now. I notice it!"
"My friend/relative is a doctor/nurse, and he/she says
his/her hospital is crowded, and there are more
sick people in 2020/2021 than in previous years."
"There's obviously something going around,
or else why all the extra sickness?"

* * *
Answer:
There Are Many Reasons for an Increase in Sickness,
and None of Them Require a Brand-New Super-Virus
There could be so many reasons for your observation, BESIDES a novel supervirus.
"What do you mean?"
Ok. We both believe in using science, right? So let's look at this with a scientific mind. Can we do that? "Uh... sure?" Great. So we've got an observation. "Lot's of people are sick. More than normal." Let's call it Observation Y. "Ok." And you seem to be offering the hypothesis that Y was caused by Variable X: "A brand new virus from Wuhan." "Right." And that is a hypothesis.
The idea that Y (an increase in sickness) is caused by X (a new virus from Wuhan) is just a hypothesis, for now, and we're going to examine it for potential flaws. OK?
"Sure. Continue."
Now, in order to truly test this hypothesis, we would have to control for other possible X's. Other factors that could potentially be causing Y.
Confounding variables, as they're called. X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, and so forth. "Yes. True. Go on." Can you think of some possible confounding variables? Some other things besides a novel supervirus, that could be causing an increase in sickness in the past year? "Hmmm... Can you help me out?" Yes. What do: -social isolation -depression -lack of exercise -lack of sunlight -lack of fresh air -chronic, intense anxiety -poor air circulation ...all have in common?
"They all increased markedly this past year, due to lockdowns and other anti-virus policies?"
Correct. And what else?
"They're all bad for health?"
Correct.
"But we're talking about INFECTIONS. We're talking about RESPIRATORY disease. Not heart attacks or any of that."
These factors all degrade the immune system, which leaves people more vulnerable to infections, including by respiratory diseases.

"How do they affect the immune system?"
The following are facts, and we dare anyone to dispute them: 1. The things listed above decrease overall health.
"Right, I agree with that." 2. Overall health affects the functionality of the immune system.
"Sure." 3. The condition of the immune system affects the severity and outcome of infectious diseases.
If you decrease overall health, you're creating greater vulnerability to any and all infections - including a new virus from Wuhan (if it indeed exists), as well as all viruses and bacteria.
"I get it. It makes sense. But I'm just not sure that those effects would be... sufficient. Can you elaborate a bit on how they work? Are there more variables?"
Got ya covered. Let's go into detail, so we can see just how intensely damaging these variables are:
* * * X1: Social Isolation
Socializing is a central aspect of being human. Without it, people wither.

And this year, governments deliberately collapsed their societies. Not in the form of total anarchy and chaos, a la "Mad Max", but in terms of the social fabric. They stuck it in a file cabinet and locked it. People can no longer gather with their friends. In some places, gatherings are forbidden, by force, while in other places, people are simply too afraid, even if allowed.

All of the social activities that people live for and look forward to, from the lowly sports bar to the family dinner to the church service - all of it was either banned or severely restricted.

Considering how central social activities are to the human experience, it is common sense that removing them would cause cascading effects of pathology, throughout the body of society, and thus, the bodies of individuals.
Did we really think it would have no effect?
Without these activities, people's mental and spiritual health has declined, leaving them more vulnerable to infections.
X2: Depression
Another result of social isolation is depression. With almost everything sweet in life forbidden, people are falling into deep depression, wondering what they possibly have to look forward to in life.

The connection between depression and immune system degradation is well-established in scientific literature.

By throwing the population into depression, governments have made people more vulnerable to infections.
X3: Lack of sunlight
Sunlight, fresh air, the outdoors, and exercise. Governments have restricted these as well. What do you think happens when you decrease these?

Sunlight, for one thing, is essential for Vitamin D production. Most people who get severe symptoms of "covid" have deficiencies in Vitamin D.

When someone in Spain finally got the brilliant idea to start paying attention to nutrition (genius, right?) this happened:

See the connection?
Furthermore, sunlight is vital for mental and spiritual health. You can't summarize its benefits in terms of a single vitamin. It's so much bigger than that. Sunlight and fresh air are central to who we are. When you reduce people's exposure to the Sun and the wind, and keep them cooped up inside, sickness increases. We've known this all our lives. Why did we suddenly forget?

"Ok but it's not like people are getting "no sunlight." That's a huge exaggeration. I go outside. My friends go outside."
But you know there are people who don't. There are people who have pretty much not left their houses since March of last year. They tend to be the most loyal consumers of mainstream media - the oldest and frailest among us. The ones whom the media says are "most at risk."
So we've got a situation where the people "most at risk" - in other words, the most in need of sunlight and normal social activity - are the ones least getting it.
A recipe for sickness.
X4: Lack of exercise
Exercise is, of course, central to health. Yet governments have "closed down" gyms, yoga studios, dance studios...

...athletic tracks...

...and even hiking trails.

They've arrested people for paddle-boarding in the ocean.

In some countries, they're arresting people for jogging...

...or even for walking the dog.

Even in places where exercising is still legal, there are "stay-at-home orders" still in effect. Some of them are no longer "being enforced," but they're still technically in effect, and police could be ordered to start enforcing them again, at any moment. This creates a chilling effect, leading to less exercise, overall.

What does lack of exercise do?
It makes people more vulnerable to infectious disease.
X5: Isolation from the microbial community
People who actually understand biology (i.e. not the newsmedia) know that the human body has a microbiome of bacteria and a virome (viral ecosystem) of viruses, and that staying healthy requires continually exchanging these microbes with other people, and with the natural world.

Continual exchange of microbes keeps the immune system well-equipped and healthy. If you erect a hermetically sealed bubble around yourself, your microbiome becomes isolated, and your immune system degrades, making you more vulnerable to infection not only from other people when you finally do re-emerge, but also from yourself, as your immune degradation allows your own endemic microbes to multiply out of balance.

In other words, microbial isolation (the whole goal of lockdowns, masks, etc) can cause you to get sick from microbes you're already carrying, and have been carrying all your life. You don't even need to "catch" anything to get sick, living like this. Microbial isolation makes you more vulnerable to infectious disease.
X6: Recirculation of pathogens
in small enclosed spaces, like apartments.
When you stay indoors all day, you end up re-circulating your own pathogens, and re-inhaling them. Sitting cooped up in an apartment all day is bad for your health. Everyone knows this. Why are some of us pretending we forgot? There are many people who have barely gone outside since March. They've been huddled in their homes, all day and night, receiving their essential supplies from Amazon. No sunlight, no fresh air, no exercise, no social contact. And these are usually the people who claim to be "immunocompromised", and "most at risk." So in other words, the people MOST at risk for infections are the people getting the LEAST of the vital elements of health. Do you see the problem here?
* * *
These are all confounding variables that could be contributing to the increase in sickness in 2020/2021. If "a brand new virus from Wuhan" is X0, then these are X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, and so on. Y has many X's that could be causing it - not just one. How do you know that X0 is the ONLY cause here? You don't. It is unscientific to say, with certainty, that "Y is solely caused by X0 (a brand new virus)" - at least until you've designed a way to control for these other variables in your methodology. And no one, thus far, has done this, nor even attempted to do, since the very idea of more than one X potentially existing is considered a "conspiracy theory" that can get a scientist literally fired from his job and blacklisted from the scientific community, just for merely speaking about it. But we're not done. There are more variables.
X7: Unemployment and poverty.
When you force businesses to close, and you throw people out of work and into bankruptcy, you cause poverty, which is well-documented to be correlated with poor health, which makes people more vulnerable to infectious disease.
X8: Uncertainty, anxiety, and constant fear.
The governments of the world, and their mass-media enablers, plunged the whole world into the grip of an intense, unrelenting survival-anxiety. The TV is pumping us full of stress-hormones, all day and night. People are on their sofas, clutching their hand-sanitizer, staring at the TV, watching bio-armageddon-porn, getting hit with one dose of terror after another. And since they're not going outside anymore (see above), they have nothing to do, no form of "entertainment" besides the TV, and so they just sit there in front of it, all day long, on a constant IV drip of fear. What does all this fear do to people's bodies? It's well-documented that anxiety erodes health - including immune health. It causes blood to flow away from the organs, and toward the extremities. This is because, when we were evolving on the savannah, "fear" usually meant it was time to "run away" from something - like a lion or a sabre-tooth tiger.

And running involves the arms and legs. When we're scared, our blood moves to our extremities, to help us run as fast as possible. And when it goes to the extremities, it goes away from the organs.

If you're in a chronic state of anxiety, then your blood is chronically moving away from your organs and into your extremities. With less blood, the organs can't function as well. They degrade, over time, and their functions degrade with them.
Less overall health leads to weaker immune systems, and more vulnerability to infectious disease.
X9: Masks.
There is a reason why no species of aerobic animal has ever evolved with a built-in barrier obstructing its airway.
There is a reason why humanity has not worn barriers over our mouths for the past 200,000 years.
There is a reason why you didn't wear a mask in 2019 or earlier.
And there's a reason why you take it off when you get home. And they're all the same reason. Airway-obstruction is bad. It harms you. The gaslighting on this topic has been extreme. There are millions of people walking around, right now, thinking that mask-wearing has absolutely no effect on air-circulation and O2/CO2 exchange. They can feel the warm, moist air pooling around their mouth when they exhale, and yet they deny that it's pooling. There is a science called fluid dynamics. And in fluid dynamics, we know that:
placing an object over the aperture (opening) of a conduit (pipe, container, etc.) decreases the flow of fluid into and out of the conduit
Even little kids know this, when they put their thumb over the tip of a garden-hose. And yet millions of grown-up adults are now obstinately denying this.

What is going on here?
Is the quip about the medical-industrial complex being a religion actually true, literally?
After all, religion has traditionally been the only way to get masses of people to gaslight themselves into denying an easily observable reality that's directly in front of their faces. Yes, pun intended. Is this a religion? When you obstruct the opening of your airway, you get less air flow. This is not up for debate.
This means you breathe in some of what you just exhaled, instead of fresh, new air. And this means three things: A. Less oxygen. And with less oxygen, every system of your body suffers. Including your immune system. This makes you more vulnerable to infectious disease. B. More CO2. This can mean an acute condition called hypercapnia, or a low-level chronic degradation of health.
"But masks don't do that!"

We've been through this. See the paragraph about fluid dynamics above. This is not debatable.
C. More toxins and microbes recirculating into your body. You exhale microbes for a reason. It's one of your body's natural mechanisms to dispose of them. And when you cover your mouth, you interrupt that process. When you wear a mask, you are interfering with one of your body's processes, and it just so happens to be a process involved in the disposal of toxic substances and pathogens.
When you catch them in your mask, you re-inhale them. And when you re-inhale them, you add an extra burden to your body, and all of its systems. Re-inhaling pathogens after you exhale them increases your bacterial load and viral load, taxing your immune system, and tying up its resources fighting other unnecessary battles, leaving you more vulnerable to infectious disease.
X10: Excessive screen-time

Everything is done online now. Work. School. Shopping. Yoga.

All on Zoom.

We all know, from direct experience, that screens are not the greatest thing for our health. Staring at them for excessive amounts of time leads to problems - particularly in the head and neck. The same area of the body involved in respiratory infection immunity.

We know that excessive screen-time does weird things to our eyes, ears, nose, and sinuses. We know it creates stiffness in our necks. We also know that our lymph nodes are located in our necks.

Our governments, schools, and workplaces have mandated that we do this to ourselves.

You know the results, from direct experience. It's not a far-fetched idea that excessive screen-time could contribute to increased vulnerability to infectious disease.
X11. Unnecessary hospitalization
In normal years, people get sick. And when they do, they usually let the infection run its course, at home.

But what happens if you have a media-government-complex that's banging alarm bells, all day long, telling everyone there's a "monster virus" that can suffocate you "within hours", and your only hope might be a mechanical ventilator at a hospital?

"Everyone rushes to the hospital as soon as they get the sniffles?"

Not everyone, of course, but a lot more than usual - that's for sure.

When your doctor/nurse friend tells you "there are more patients in my respiratory ward this year," perhaps this is a reason why.

X12: Deferred treatment for other illnesses.
In the event that someone has a serious problem that actually does require medical intervention - like heart disease warning signs, or potential tumors - they cannot go see a doctor, in many cases. The clinics and hospitals have been largely shut down to all patients besides covid patients.

This leads to illnesses progressing far beyond the stages to which they would have normally progressed, in normal years.
X13: Overall psychological abuse.
These pictures say all that needs to be said:

Psychological abuse hurts people. It degrades health, mentally and spiritually, and therefore physically. It makes you more vulnerable to infectious disease.
* * *
So as you can see, there is not one or two confounding variables to our hypothesis, but over a dozen of them. The idea that Y (the anecdotal increase in disease that [some] people have observed) is caused by X0 (a brand new virus from Wuhan) is not a scientific conclusion. It is just a hypothesis. And a bad one at that, considering how many confounding variables there are. So stop treating it as a conclusion. To do is is not scientific.
* * *
"So then what's really going on? IS there a virus?"

There are lots of viruses.

Everyone has a virome - an entire ecosystem of viruses - in their body. At all times, everyone is walking around with trillions of virions, from hundreds of species of viruses. They perform vital functions and are innately connected to our health. Just like gut bacteria, the virome is a branch of the microbiome, and we wouldn't even be able to survive without it. It's part of us.

Having a virus does not equal getting sick.

The difference is in the numbers. The viral load. A virus only makes you sick if its number get out of control.

You have an immune system that stops that from happening. Only if the immune system fails does a virus multiply out of control, and only then does sickness occur.

Everyone has colds and flus at all times. You're constantly picking them up But since you have an immune system, it keeps them in check. The load stays low.

So the question "Is there a virus?" or "Is the virus real?" is the wrong question. Of course there's a virus. There are thousands of them. Hundreds of species in each and every person at any given time.

"Is there a NEW virus? One we HAVEN'T had before?"

There are always new viruses. Viruses mutate and evolve. That's what they do. Every year, there are dozens, if not hundreds, of new viruses. That's why colds and influenzas keep coming back every year. Their virulence varies. Some are worse than others. Every now and then one goes around that's particularly nasty. This is not a new phenomenon. There have been many times when you've heard that lots of people in the office are calling in sick, lots of kids are absent from school - and a higher than normal number of people are getting a higher than normal degree of sick. We've all been through these episodes before. We remember them. They've happened many times in our lives, already. But no one made a big deal about them until the media got involved this year, and crafted a coherent psychological syndrome out of one of them. And by the WHO's broad definition of a "pandemic," each and every one of these viruses is a pandemic. They're new, and they spread around the world quickly. That's the only thing required to meet the WHO's definition. Severity is not necessary. Deadliness is not necessary. Just virulence (rate of spread). That's it. So technically, by their own definition, we have dozens/hundreds of new pandemics every year. But they're not telling you that their definition is funky, are they? After all, what would be the point of creating a deceptive definition if you then go around telling everyone it's deceptive? By the WHO's definition, we have dozens/hundreds of pandemics every year, but the difference between those ones and this one, is that none of those viruses had a marketing campaign. None of them had 24/7 media coverage. None of them had "case numbers" and "death tallies" broadcast on TV every day and night, like stats from an ongoing war. None of them had that. Had the media done this with any of those other bugs, they could have created the same collective psychosis. That's what Covid is: A mental virus. We're dealing with a psychological syndrome, rather than a biological virus. It synergizes with biological viruses (normal ones, like colds and influenzas), making them more deadly than they normally are. The architects of the plandemic have created a feedback loop between mass media, government policy, and public sickness, wherein each component feeds on the other two.
The lockdowns and other restrictive mandates choke society and create sickness, which then gives the governments further pretext to extend and tighten the restrictions - leading to more sickness - which the media then grabs onto and magnifies, rationalizing the government to tighten the restrictions even further, leading to yet more sickness - and on and on it goes.
