The Earth Party collates and presents natural law, and organizes voluntary effort toward a better world. It does not claim to have invented the Law it publishes. No one can invent law; it can only be discovered. The Party's work is to write it down clearly, explain it honestly, and invite everyone to test it with their own reason.

The Earth Party holds no coercive power of any kind, and never will. Upholding natural law belongs to a separate body, the Planetary Protectorate, which may use force only in defense of the Law and may pursue nothing else. Everything the Earth Party builds, it builds by persuasion and by the free participation of the people who choose to join in. If an idea cannot win people over, it does not deserve to be built.
